Rules for placing maps

1.1.These rules for placing offers (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the conditions for placing offers in the GMTraffic service and are mandatory for all Authors.

1.2.By placing an offer on the Service, the Author confirms his agreement with these Rules, the GMTraffic User Agreement and other documents of the Service.

1.3.GMTraffic is an information platform and is not a party to the offer between the Author and Users.

2.1.The author may be an individual registered in the Service.

2.2.Author himself:

• forms the terms of the offer;
• determines target actions;
• sets the amount of remuneration;
• is responsible for the content of the offer.

2.3.The author guarantees that:

• the offer does not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• the offer does not violate the rules of the Fortnite game or the rights of third parties;
• the offer does not mislead Users.

3.1.To place an offer, the Author is required to credit funds to his balance in the Service (offer budget).

3.2.Funds credited by the Author:

• are used exclusively for paying rewards to Users;
• are taken into account on the technical balance of GMTraffic;
• are not a bank deposit or electronic money.

3.3.The author confirms that GMTraffic has the right to:

• maintain the offer budget until it is exhausted;
• write off funds from the offer budget when calculating rewards to Users.

3.3.1.Once the offer budget is exhausted, the offer is automatically terminated.

4.1.GMTraffic has the right:

• check offers for compliance with the Rules;
• reject or delete offers without explanation;
• suspend offers if violations are detected.

4.1.1.GMTraffic is not obliged to ensure that the Author achieves the expected result or the volume of targeted actions.

5.1.Payment of rewards to Users is carried out by GMTraffic at the expense of the Author’s offer budget.

5.2.Remuneration is paid:

• only for confirmed target actions;
• in the absence of violations of the User Agreement.

5.3.If fraud is detected:

• accruals are canceled;
• the corresponding funds are returned to the Author’s offer budget.

6.1.The author undertakes not to:

• encourage Users to violate the rules of the Service;
• manipulate confirmation of target actions.

6.2.If violations are detected, GMTraffic has the right to:

• suspend the offer;
• withhold the offer budget until the circumstances are clarified;
• block the Author's account.

7.1.The author is solely responsible for:

• content of the offer;
• compliance of the offer with legislation;
• consequences of execution of the offer by Users.

7.2.GMTraffic is not responsible for:

• Users’ requirements for the Author;
• impossibility of achieving the Author’s marketing goals.

8.1.GMTraffic has the right to change these Rules unilaterally.

8.2.The new edition comes into force from the moment of publication on the Service.
