FAQ

FAQ

What is GMTraffic?

GMTraffic is a platform where you link an account, choose a map, and earn rewards for playtime under that map's rules. Rewards are calculated automatically.

How do I start?

Log in, link Epic Games, choose a map, and open it in Fortnite. Rewards will start automatically after that.

Why is a map unavailable?

Usually one of the requirements has not been met: the account is not linked, the account requirements are not satisfied, the bot has not been added as a friend, or the limit has been reached.

How are rewards calculated?

On regular maps, rewards accrue every minute at a fixed rate. The rate can be shown as $/hour or $/min, but the calculation is still done per minute.

What is a player limit?

If the creator sets a limit, rewards accrue only until the daily minute limit is reached. If the map has a session limit, a single session cannot exceed the specified number of minutes.

What should I do if my account is not confirmed?

Check the linking method and try again. If the issue remains, open a ticket with support.

Where can I see earnings and active sessions?

In Dashboard: it shows current earnings, today's earnings, and active sessions by account and map.

Where can I see my balance and history?

In Wallet and history. It shows your available balance and transaction history.

Where should I write if there is a problem?

Go to Help and support. There is a ticket form with a topic, message, and attachment.

How do I link an account?

On the My accounts page via Epic Games account linking.

Competitive mode

What is competitive mode?

It is a map format where the player earns a rate for every minute of play, and prizes for ranking places are additionally distributed at the end of the set period.

How is the winner determined?

By the competition type: by playtime on the map or by the number of eliminations (the “By eliminations” type).

What counts toward the ranking?

Only play during the map's active period. The minimum for prize eligibility is 1 minute of total playtime; time from all sessions adds up. Map limits (per session and per day), if set by the creator, also apply to the ranking.

What happens if results are tied?

Players with the same result share the corresponding places, and the prize amounts for those places are split evenly between them. In eliminations competitions, if eliminations are tied, the player with more playtime ranks higher.

When is the reward credited?

Per-minute earnings are credited as you play; prizes — after the map ends and final results are calculated.

Do I need to be in the top 3 to get a reward?

Rewards go to players who take the prize places configured by the creator. A map can have 1 to 15 prize places.

Can I join after the map has started?

Yes, you can.

What is an eliminations competition?

A competition variant where places are ranked by eliminations instead of playtime. The ranking updates instantly after every elimination, and eliminations from all your linked Epic accounts are summed into one result.

Where can I see my place?

On the map page, in the ranking block.

Eliminations mode

What is Eliminations mode?

It is a map format where rewards are earned for eliminations on the map instead of playtime.

How is the reward calculated?

The creator sets a rate per elimination or level thresholds (“reach N eliminations — get a reward”). The session reward is credited to your balance after the session ends.

How do elimination levels work?

Progress accumulates across all your sessions on the map, and each level is paid out once. If the map budget cannot cover a full level, it will be paid after the creator tops up the map.

Do all eliminations count?

Only eliminations made during an active session on the map count. Abnormally fast streaks and farming are filtered out.

Is there a daily eliminations limit?

The creator can set a daily limit per player. Eliminations above the limit do not count that day; counting resumes the next day.

Where can I see my progress?

On the map page — the eliminations counter updates as you play.
